Paddington Muskwe CA(SA), ACCA, RA

Director​

Paddington has over 6 years’ experience in private and public sector accounting, he completed his articles with Levitt Kirson Chartered Accountants where he continued as a Senior Audit Manager before getting into the corporate world where he worked as a Management Accountant and Head of Finance.

Paddington is a specialist in the improvement of audit reports, he has assisted organisations in disclaimer positions to unqualified audit opinions. He is a professional Accountant with a proven record of excellence in leadership, stakeholder management, audit, taxation, accounting (IFRS), management accounting, budgeting, and other related areas.

Kudzanayi Manhuwa CA(SA)

Director​

Kudzanayi has experience in public and private sector accounting services. He worked as an accountant and bookkeeper in the private sector before completing his articles with AfricaRAS Advisory where he was mainly involved in public sector accounting and auditing services. Kudzanayi Manhuwa is the Finance Director of Infinity Bough. He is a highly skilled individual with over 5 years’ experience in the public and private sector advisory, audit, Training and accounting services.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA), who holds a Master of Finance and investment degree. He has excellent knowledge of IFRS, GRAP, Companies Act, PFMA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations.
Kudzanayi is also passionate about Small business and people development, he is a Facilitator, a registered assessor and moderator. He assists small business in compliance issues, strategy and capital raising.

Lorraine Nyatanga (FCCA)

Senior Manager

Lorraine is a professional accountant that has been in the audit and accounting profession for over 8 years servicing both public and private sector clients. She joined Grant Thornton Zimbabwe in 2009 as a trainee clerk and worked there for 6 years. During the years, she progressed through the ranks to Audit Manager and gained valuable experience in the mining, tourism, retail, manufacturing, health, and financial sector. Lorraine began her journey in local governance in August of 2016, when she joined CCG Systems in South Africa, she has actively provided financial statement support to local municipalities in the Free state and Eastern Cape with emphasis on project management, municipal financial management and implementation of mSCOA, regulated by South Africa’s National Treasury Department, clients serviced include Amahlathi, Mbhashe, Intsika Yethu and Ntabankulu Local municipalities in the Eastern cape, Letsemeng in the Free state and Ramotshere Moiloa in the North West Province.

Anele Masumbika CA(SA)

Audit Manager

Anele Masumbika is a seasoned Audit Manager that completed her articles at Levitt Kirson Chartered Accountants and later joined management.

Anele has external audit experience and skills in financial reporting, risk governance, compliance and operational management in the primary, secondary and service sectors of the economy. Her audit experience was gained from a wide variety of clients including wholesalers, manufacturers, real estate, reinsurance providers, service entities, tourism and NPO’s.

Outside of audit, Ms Masumbika specialises in financial reporting and offers expertise advice in the adoption of new IFRS standards such as IFRS 16, leases.
